Jason Park
Jason Park is Head of Product at HST Pathways, where he leads product and interoperability across the company’s core ambulatory surgery center (ASC) technology platform. He defines and executes the long-term roadmap, aligning clinical, financial, and operational capabilities to deliver meaningful outcomes for customers.
Jason brings extensive experience in healthcare technology and service leadership. Prior to leading Product, he held executive roles spanning operations and client delivery, overseeing large-scale implementations, regulatory initiatives, and cross-functional teams in complex healthcare environments. His background includes senior leadership positions at ADP and League, where he led multi-site service and implementation organizations.
Having led both operations and product, Jason brings a perspective that bridges execution and strategy — ensuring product investments drive measurable customer impact and sustainable business growth. Jason holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Illinois and a M.A. from Wheaton College.
