You can now add procedures directly to the patient locator and navigate straight to the patient’s chart. This streamlines workflows and gives clinicians faster access to the information they need from one central view.
Print Sets by Provider
Nightly print sets can now be filtered by provider—either supervising anesthesiologist or surgeon, making it easier to review records, reduce sorting time, and keep billing organized.
New Question Types
Custom BLOCS now support single-select and multi-select question types, giving centers more flexibility when creating forms and helping staff collect clearer, more structured data.
DVT/VTE Risk Assessment BLOC
We’ve made several improvements to support more accurate and consistent risk scoring:
- Surgery length now auto-populates from the scheduled time.
- Risk factors have been expanded and updated for better clinical accuracy.
- Contraindications now align with AORN standards and are grouped by treatment type for improved clarity.
Easier Implant Documentation
If an implant isn’t already in inventory, staff can now quickly document it in the implant log, improving supply communication and reporting back to HST’s surgery center management.

One Patient Link for All Forms
Send one link per appointment, and patients will see all required forms in one place. It’s easier for patients to complete and reduces follow-up work for your staff.
Enhanced Print Outs
Printed pre-assessment forms now have cleaner, more readable formatting. Staff can quickly scan information and improve efficiency when reviewing patient health history.
Medication Reconciliation Form Creation
When patients enter home medications into the questionnaire, you can now generate a form where clinical staff can indicate which medications a patient should continue or discontinue taking. This supports safer medication management and improves communication before surgery.
