My favorite is the HST Case Coordination program. We do not utilize it to its maximum yet; however, the ability to communicate between the offices and the facility, the ability to communicate between reps and the facility, those are great items. And plus, the notification features, all very nice. I like that very much.

The Results

The team has seen a significant improvement in time savings compared to their previous systems. Previously, they were confined to laptops, which hindered their ability to fully engage with patients while working with their EMR software. Now, with HST’s electronic charting, they can perform tasks on tablets, which has been tremendously helpful. This shift has allowed them to focus more on their patients while still accessing the required information.
