At HST, we’re deeply committed to the success of our products and services and how they make our ASC clients more successful. We are constantly looking at problems that exist in the ASC workspace and thinking about how HST can be part of the solution. That’s what has driven the development of our practice management platform, electronic health records system, patient engagement tools, scheduling, and revenue cycle service. We balance the need to move quickly to bring new solutions to the ASC market, with the need to make sure we’ve got it right and we’re delivering the best possible experience and most beneficial tools to our clients.

 

Our growth and the external recognitions and awards for our company show that we’re doing this the right way.

Nothing is more important to HST than our happy and successful clients. But like any company, we also think it’s also pretty great when we get recognized with awards or industry mentions. Over the years we’ve been proud of:

  • HST ranked number one in a report published by KLAS Research in 2021, with the highest overall performance score for EMR vendors in the ASC industry. The report also noted that 97% of those interviewed said they consider HST to be part of their ASC’s long-term plans; 90% said HST avoids nickel-and-diming clients (while the second-best score was only 72%); and HST was also high-performing in Customer Service and Product Quality.
  • HST was named KLAS Category Leader for ASC solutions in the “2018 Best in KLAS: Software and Services Report.”
  • HST has been recognized on the Inc. 5000 list, the most prestigious ranking of the nation’s fastest-growing private companies, for three consecutive years. The list annually ranks the top 5000 fastest-growing privately held small companies in the country, and highlighted HST’s rapid growth trajectory in 2019, 2020 and 2021.
  • HST was also recognized in 2021 as 185 on the Inc. magazine 5000 Regionals: California 2021 list, the most prestigious ranking of the 250 fastest-growing California-based private companies. HST was also recognized among the inaugural award winners of the regional Inc. 5000 Series: California when the ranking was launched in 2020.

We have elevated our products and services through the formal integration of HST with several ASC software solution partners under one platform, including our price transparency tool Clariti Health, patient engagement engine SimpleAdmit, and case coordination platform Casetabs. The synergy with these companies under one roof, and new possibilities it brings, are exhilarating.

 

In 2021 we experienced a 90% year-over-year growth and a customer retention rate of 97%.
