How it works
1. The ASC Shares Open Operating Room Times
Share available operating room times with physician practices through a case request to help fill unused blocks and reduce manual outreach.
2. The Physician Practice Submits a Case Request
Physician offices enter required case details through an online form that helps standardize information and reduce missing documentation.
3. The Center Reviews and Confirms the Case
The ASC reviews the request, verifies availability and required details, then confirms or returns it for updates to avoid scheduling errors
4. The Center Finalizes and Shares the Schedule
Once confirmed, the case is created in the schedule and shared with the care staff for coordinated preparation.
