Optum Codes

As a valued partner, we want to update you on the new American Medical Association’s CPT and ICD code acquirement process. Moving forward, all codes must be obtained directly through vendors rather than through the AMA. See below for your next steps.

Once we receive the codes, we will inform you via email. Please follow the instructions below to download the codes and upload them into your PM database.

1. Download and save the file(s) located here: (Download link pending)
2. Open HST Practice Management
3. Select Utility> Data Import
4. Select the Import Type from the dropdown
5. Click Import File
6. Select the corresponding file you received and saved from HST
7. Open and Save
