We actually did demos with both of the products, HST and SIS, and we did that with the doctors, the staff, our management team, and our billing team to make sure it would work for everyone.
Because our clinic handles our billing, one of the big advantages HST had that SIS did not was the ability for our billing company to manage all billing through HST.
Plus, it’s just a lot easier with the blocks, checkboxes, and signing on the iPad, which is great.
The other system required a signature pad, and you had to carry it around, so using iPads is a great improvement.
