Michael joins HST from Casetabs, where he served as CFO and COO for five years, directing the day-to-day financial and operational performance of the company. Casetabs developed a central hub for sharing case information and updates between surgeons, anesthesiologists, clinical staff, office staff, and vendor reps. Michael has a passion for helping organizations utilize people, processes, and technology to maximize company and customer success.

Since joining Casetabs in 2015, he was instrumental to building the company from pre-revenue to serving more than 800 ASC, 3,000 physician offices and 15 hospitals. In addition to his core responsibilities, Michael devised and executed strategies for sales, business development, scalability, and sustainability.

Prior to Casetabs, Michael held leadership positions in finance and operations at Evolution Capital Management where he worked for close to a decade.

Michael holds a BS in Finance and Accounting from Fordham University and an MBA from UCLA’s Anderson School of Management.
