Terms and Conditions HST Connect 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing a ticket to the Healthcare Systems & Technologies, LLC (“HST”) User Conference (the “Conference”), you (“Attendee”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not complete your purchase.

2. Event Details

The Conference is scheduled to take place on August 11-12, 2026 at the Joseph Hotel, Nashville, TN. HST reserves the right to modify the venue, format, or schedule at its discretion. Attendees will be notified of material changes via the email address provided at registration.

3. Ticket Purchase & Registration

All ticket purchases are subject to availability. Tickets are non-transferable and all purchases are final. Cancellations, refunds, and credits are not permitted.

4. Event Postponement or Cancellation

If the Conference is postponed due to circumstances within HST’s control, tickets will be valid for the rescheduled date. If the Conference is cancelled due to circumstances outside HST’s control (including but not limited to natural disasters, government action, or public health emergencies), HST will make commercially reasonable efforts to provide a refund but does not guarantee one.

5. Attendee Conduct

HST is committed to providing a safe and respectful environment for all attendees. By attending the Conference, you agree to:

• Comply with all posted Conference rules and staff instructions.
• Treat all attendees, speakers, and staff with respect and professionalism.
• Refrain from disruptive, harmful, or harassing behavior of any kind.
• HST reserves the right to remove any attendee who violates this policy without refund.

6. Photography & Recording

By attending the Conference, you grant HST a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use photographs, video, and audio recordings in which you may appear for promotional and marketing purposes. Sessions may also be recorded; attendees should not record sessions without prior written consent from HST.

7. Intellectual Property

All Conference content, materials, and presentations are the proprietary property of HST or the respective speakers. Attendees may not reproduce, distribute, or publish any Conference materials without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HST shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your attendance at or inability to attend the Conference. HST’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Attendee for their ticket.

9. Privacy

Personal information collected during registration is subject to HST’s Privacy Policy, available at https://www.hstpathways.com/privacy-policy/. By purchasing a ticket, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Davidson County, TN.

11. Changes to These Terms

HST reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and communicated to registered attendees via email.
